For the seventeenth consecutive year, the North Charleston Dream Center is hosting Cinderella Day. The day will boast a boutique filled with FREE dresses, shoes, jewelry and accessories. Each girl will be matched with a personal shopper who will help in making their dress dreams come true and make them feel like the princesses that they are!
