A culinary village is the heartbeat of the festival. Its mission is to produce a world-class event program that showcases, inspires and supports Charleston and the Low country’s rich culinary and hospitality communities.

The annual festival immerses homegrown flavor with top chefs, winemakers, authors, storytellers, artisans, and food enthusiasts from around the globe for a five-day event that occurs the first full weekend each March.
