Wild Common, 103 Spring St, Charleston, SC
Thursday, May 9, 2019, 7:30 – 9:30pm

“Join us for our first event in the Wild Common Wine Dinner Series on Thursday, May 9th! The Wild Common Wine Dinner Series will feature a curated selection of guest winemakers, purveyors, farmers, and chefs. Guests will enjoy an exceptional dining experience with partners who stand out in the culinary field. Working in collaboration, this partnership will lead diners through a culinary experience while highlighting products, craftsmanship, and hospitality in the beautiful scenery of Wild Common at Cannon Green.

The wine dinner will feature Master Sommelier Greg Harrington’s winery Gramercy Cellars and guests will enjoy exceptional wine and a five course meal prepared by Executive Chef Orlando Pagán. Greg founded Gramercy Cellars in 2005 with the realization of a dream to make fine wine in a special place. Prior to the founding of Gramercy Cellars, Greg spent what seemed like a lifetime as a sommelier and wine program director for top chefs such as Joyce Goldstein, Emeril Lagasse, and Wolfgang Puck. Since becoming the youngest American to pass the Master Sommelier Exam at the age of 26, Greg has been passionate about someday making his own wine.
