HIIT Class with Jenn Simpson

HIIT by The Barre Code: Built on the principles of High Intensity Interval Training, this class focuses on rounds of cardio intervals with functional strength training circuits interspersed throughout. Sink into the beat of the music and prepare yourself your an energizing journey through plyometrics, speed work, agility training and coordination development. Get ready to push yourself to your physical, mental and emotional limits on this 50 minute three-dimensional ride.

HARD-Core with Jennifer Davis of JD Fitness

HARD-Core is a 45 min high intensity interval training class focused on core. legs and conditioning. Come prepared to get your heart rate up through different conditioning and leg exercises and then working recovery through core training. Session will consist of timed intervals, AMRAPS, EMOM, Tabatas, circuits, plyometrics. This class is an all levels class and modifications will be offered for those who need it. Please wear appropriate athletic shoes.
