“Join us for a special edition Sunday Sweat featuring Barre3 CHS and Exemplar Fitness! The class will be donation based, and all proceeds from the class will go directly to One Bahamas Fund, working to help Bahamians coping with the effects Hurricane Dorian.

Kick off your Sunday with a 45 minute full body workout led by Mary-Ann of Barre3 and Katie of Exemplar Fitness. Following the workout, head into BK Sunday Sweat brunch with new and old friends to toast your early morning accomplishment!
