Mosquito Beach, Charleston, SC
Friday, August 2, 2019, 1:30 – 4:30pm

“Spend a beautiful morning on the marsh — and help restore the oyster beds of Mosquito Beach!

Join Preserve the Gullah, the Charleston Surfrider Foundation and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (South Carolina Oyster Restoration and Enhancement, or SCORE program) and the South Carolina Aquarium to build an oyster reef with recycled oyster shells and do a litter clean-up at historic Mosquito Beach on James Island.
