On Thursday, September 26th, Millers All Day will team up with the much-anticipated Jackrabbit Filly for a pop-up event featuring dim sum and more. From 5 pm to 8 pm, Millers All Day will shine a spotlight on Chef Shuai Wang’s heritage-driven new Chinese American cuisine, as well as their own breakfast/brunch mash up.

Millers will serve a menu of bacon, egg, and cheese steamed dumplings; Korean fried chicken on pimento biscuit with pickles; breakfast sausage fried rice; crab omelet with scallion-garlic cream cheese; “Shrimp and grits” (Geechie boy grit cakes and spicy shrimp salad); and a waffle Croque Madame with Broadbents ham and hickory syrup.

Guests can expect to see sticky rice and pork shao mai, pork and cabbage dumplings, eggs, and more from Wang’s menu.
