“Costumed Interpreters will be preparing dishes over an open fire using recipes from 18th and 19th century cookbooks.  Visitors will have the chance to learn about the various methods of both food preparation and food preservation.

Program is ongoing from 10 am – 3 pm and is included with general admission to Middleton Place (free for members).”
